Function Room Description

Saddlebrook resort offers over 95,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, with 34 varied function rooms. 

Indoor Facilities:

Royal Palm Ballroom
Luxurious ballroom facilities with 12,500 square feet of unobstructed event space, ideal for banquets of up to 1,000 persons or receptions up to 1,400.

Royal Palm Boardrooms
Includes four boardrooms, each suitable for receptions of 100-120 persons.  There is an additional boardroom and an executive boardroom that feature permanent conference seating for 14 and a permanent boardroom table for 18 with the option of 6 additional chairs.  Facilities are ideal for association groups and corporate board meetings.   

Pegasus Ballroom
Spacious ballroom setting with 7,900 unobstructed total square feet, ideal for banquets up to 600 people or receptions up to 900.

Pegasus South and Pegasus Boardrooms
Features 3,091 square feet of unobstructed event space, with an attached patio providing an additional 1,969 square feet.  Also includes five boardrooms, convenient for break out meetings or side event space.  

Grand Pavilion
Offers 17,743 square feet of unobstructed event space, including two full courtrooms on the east and west ends of the main room. 

Grand Marquee
The Grand Marquee features 5,400 square feet of covered unobstructed, carpeted and air conditioned space, and is capable of hosting a casual breakfast or lunch, to being the site of an elegantly decorated and beautifully lighted evening banquet, reception or dinner.                 

Lagoon Pavilion
An indoor venue with an outdoor feel, the lagoon pavilion provides a sheltered venue with 5,763 unobstructed square feet capable of hosting banquets up to 420 persons or receptions up to 700.

Outdoor Facilities:

Fountain Terrace
With 1,400 square feet of magnificent outdoor space and stunning views of the 18th green, the fountain terrace is a perfect setting for social events such as an intimate cocktail party.

Superpool
Features three outdoor poolside venues, ideal for spectacular dinners, barbecues and informal gatherings.  Poolside A offers 6,000 square feet, suitable for banquets up to 500 or receptions up to 700.  For a more intimate poolside event, Poolside B and C provide 1,800 square feet each, ideal for banquet groups up to 150 or receptions up to 200. The Superpool deck provides 9,600 square feet of space ideal for banquets of up to  800 persons, or receptions up to 1,100. 

Sports Village
Overlooking both golf course and lakes, this flexible space is a perfect venue for theme parties and casual gatherings.

Fountain Courtyard
11,000 square feet with a large fountain as the focal point, adjacent to the Grand Marquee.

The Commons
Provides 13,000 square feet of flexible event space, suitable for banquets up to 1,100 persons or receptions up to 1,500 persons.
