Saddlebrook Preparatory School, founded in 1992, is located on the grounds of one of America’s most beautiful resorts just north of Tampa, Florida.

Our education center and sports program encourages both academic excellence and physical development in competition in tennis and golf. Saddlebrook Prep’s reputation for high academic achievement is coupled with building character, confidence and creating tomorrow’s leaders both in and out of the classroom.

Saddlebrook’s unique program combines a fully accredited, high level, college preparatory school for grades 3-12, and post graduate athletes with intensive sports training in either our Saddlebrook Tennis Program or the Arnold Palmer Golf Academy.

Our objective is to provide an environment that allows motivated student athletes to excel in the classroom as well as achieve their goals in golf and tennis. Saddlebrook Prep has over 100 students, representing over 20 countries from around the world. Our students learn about many different cultures first-hand while they improve their games. This multi-cultural environment enhances life at the school and global friendships are made that can last a lifetime.

Our students benefit from a highly-educated and dedicated teaching staff and small student to teacher (10 to 1) ratios. Saddlebrook offers students the choice to enroll in our boarding program or to live with a parent or legal guardian. Families have many great housing options at Saddlebrook, including our single-family homes, rental properties and apartments or in our surrounding community.

Alumni of Saddlebrook Prep continue on to some of the most prestigious colleges and universities in the United States or become professionals in their chosen sport.
