Groups may also qualify for the FL Sports Coast Group Meetings Incentive Program, offering a $12 rebate per actualized room night, up to $7,000 per meeting. To qualify, meetings must generate a minimum of 200 total actualized room nights, be new business to Pasco County, not already contracted with Saddlebrook Resort, and be considering destinations outside of Pasco County. Applications must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the meeting date. Eligibility is determined by FL Sports Coast and is subject to approval, funding availability, and program guidelines.
