Grand Pavilion

Our largest ballroom with 17,743 square feet of unobstructed event space, ideal for exhibits, trade shows or banquets for up to 1,400. There are two elegant courtyards located on the east and west ends of the venue. The ballroom’s 25-foot by 11-foot roll-up doors also offer convenient loading/unloading access.

Royal Palm Ballroom

A luxurious ballroom with 12,500 square feet of unobstructed event space, divisible into nine sections, ideal for banquets with up to 900 guests or school room set-up for up to 750. The ballroom’s 12-foot by 14-foot roll-up door offers convenient loading/unloading access. The Royal Palm Foyer offers 4,326 square feet of space for receptions and breaks.

Pegasus Ballroom

A 7,900-square-foot ballroom with unobstructed event space, ideal for banquets with up to 560 guests or school room set-up for up to 480. The Pegasus Foyer offers 1,965 square feet for receptions and breaks.

Boardrooms and Breakout Rooms

The Royal Palm and Pegasus Ballrooms are divisible into smaller sections to accommodate groups and functions of many sizes. Additionally, there are four Boardrooms with permanent seating for 6, 8, 12 or 22, as well as seven Breakout rooms (three of which can be subdivided) with school room-style seating for up to 60 attendees.

Saddlebrook’s Suite Parlors offer an intimate setting for smaller meetings (20 people), events and breakout sessions. Many groups prefer to be accommodated in several courtyards using the Suite Parlors for meetings, displays and entertainment.

The Commons

Offers 13,000 square feet of elegant outdoor space that can accommodate banquets for up to 1,000 guests or receptions for up to 1,360.

Superpool

A 9,600-square-foot venue with room for up to 800 banquet guests or 1,100 for a reception. The Superpool features three outdoor poolside venues, each ideal for spectacular dinners, barbecues and informal gatherings. Poolside A offers 6,000 square feet of space suitable for up to 500 banquet guests or 700 for a reception. Poolside B and C provide 1,800 square feet each, with the ability to host 150 banquet guests or receptions for up to 200.

Tropics Terrace

This scenic setting offers 3,564 square feet of open space overlooking the Saddlebrook Course’s 18th fairway and green, perfect for receptions of up to 400 guests or banquets of up to 250.

Fountain Terrace

Boasting 1,400 square feet of outdoor space with impressive views of the 18th green, the Fountain Terrace can host up to 175 guests for cocktail parties and other social events.

18th Fairway

The 18th fairway of the Saddlebrook Course doubles as a beautifully lit, outdoor venue capable of handling large groups.

Dempsey's Too Patio and Putting Green

This 1,300-square-foot, covered outdoor patio offers an inviting ambiance for up to 160 reception guests or 140 banquets attendees. The adjacent putting green allows your attendees to participate in a relaxed “putting tournament” during your event.

 

Sports Village

Overlooking our championship golf course and tranquil lake, this flexible venue is the perfect choice for themed parties, casual gatherings and team-building activities.

Lagoon Pavilion

Enjoy the natural light afforded from the wall to wall windows in the Lagoon Pavilion. Perfect for a dinner for up to 400 of your closest friends, or a reception for up to 700 people
